Role Overview
MONA relies heavily on technology systems to support its operations. As the organisation evolves, a robust and reliable technology backbone is crucial to its success.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and commission technology systems across MONA's sites, including audio-visual, unified communications, control systems, lighting control, access control, security, CCTV, and radio systems.
* Install structured cabling systems and infrastructure required to support technology systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and installation-related issues.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional with a client-focused mindset and excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* A current Open Cabling registration is desirable.
* Experience or qualifications in a technical field (Audio Visual, ICT, telecommunications etc).
* Good general knowledge of information technology and audiovisual systems.
* Sound knowledge of electronics principles and practices.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
* Prior experience supporting teams with rigid deadlines preferred.
What We Offer
