The Role: What You\'ll Be Doing
You will be an integral part of the site team, responsible for delivering high-standard workmanship across various stages of construction:
* Commercial Carpentry: Handling a full scope of tasks including framing, formwork, and internal fit-outs.
* Quality & Safety: Maintaining strict adherence to site safety protocols and project timelines.
* Collaboration: Working effectively alongside site managers, sub-contractors, and other trades to ensure project milestones are met.
What You Bring to the Team
To be successful in these roles, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
* Trade Qualification: Cert III in Carpentry / Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
* Commercial Experience: Minimum 2+ years working on commercial construction sites.
* Safety & Compliance: A valid White Card and a current Work Safely at Heights ticket.
* Transport: A current manual driver's licence and a reliable way to get to various sites across Northern Tasmania.
