Program Salesforce Business Analyst
Contract – Melbourne – Onsite
$900 – $1100 a day
CalibrX is Australia's leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we are partnering with a global Salesforce implementation partner that is looking for a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to work with their customer in the entertainment industry and take ownership across large-scale, multi-stream transformation programs.
This is not a standard BA role. You will be working closely with C-suite stakeholders, program sponsors, architects and delivery teams to shape business requirements, define program roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery stays aligned across multiple workstreams.
The right person will be comfortable leading from the front, mentoring other BAs, running executive workshops, and bringing structure, clarity and consistency to complex Salesforce programs.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple Salesforce program streams
* Work closely with C-suite stakeholders, program directors and steering committees
* Translate high-level business strategy into clear requirements, roadmaps and delivery plans
* Define epics, shape product backlogs and support release planning at a program level
* Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across multiple workstreams
* Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees and planning sessions
* Work closely with Solution Architects and Program Managers to align business outcomes with Salesforce delivery
Experience
* 8 years' experience in business analysis, ideally within Salesforce consulting or enterprise transformation environments
* Strong experience operating as a Lead BA, Program BA or Senior BA across large-scale programs
* Experience mentoring or managing other Business Analysts
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior executives
* Strong understanding of agile delivery, product backlogs, user stories and program-level planning
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart or Visio
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring structure to complex environments
