We're looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to support residential and commercial energy storage solutions. This role combines technical troubleshooting, solution support for sales, and product training, with exposure to new product development and competitor insights.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and support residential/commercial energy storage solutions, including resource integration and competitor analysis
* Provide remote and on-site technical support, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting
* Support the sales team on solution implementation, proposals, and external technical documentation
* Prepare product materials (guides, FAQs, presentations) and deliver technical training
* Contribute to new product development: product definition, policy/standard interpretation, competitor benchmarking
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
* Background in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years in technical support / field service / applications engineering (energy storage, solar, inverters, EV charging, power electronics preferred)
* Solid understanding of BESS systems (battery packs, BMS, PCS/inverters, EMS, communication interfaces)
* Strong troubleshooting ability (hardware + software), comfortable working on-site when needed
* Able to deliver clear technical training and communicate confidently with customers (good presentation skills)
