Job Description
The Financial Controller will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare year end financial accounts
- Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Be the point of contact for external auditors
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA
- Audit background highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently
- Robust communication and team collaboration skills.
