Job Description
The Housing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting management with administrative tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering supplies, data entry, filing, and other related duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities
1. Perform various administrative functions such as distributing mail, ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
2. Assist unit management with clerical tasks including accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources-related duties.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and directing calls when necessary.
4. Maintain office records and informative postings.
5. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office applications.
The Housing Coordinator's tasks may include, but are not limited to:
* Cleaning of employee common areas.
* Maintaining the employee fitness center.
* Facilitating on-site recreation events.
* Organizing off-site hikes and town runs.
* Inventory Management.
* Checking in residents to units.
* Linen management.
* Conducting monthly health and safety inspections on Aramark-owned housing.
* Submitting maintenance work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements
1. Prior experience in administration and seasonal housing is preferred.
2. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
