Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program – Ballarat, Victoria
St John of God Ballarat Hospital is looking for a Graduate Enrolled Nurse to join our team with the Pathways to Practice program, offered at Ballarat. The program is part of our commitment to high‐quality care and supports new nurses to build clinical confidence and workplace skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient care within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Senior Clinician.
* Participate in coaching sessions and clinical learning activities as part of Pathways to Practice.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high‐quality care.

Requirements
* Have completed or be due to complete a nursing qualification and have anticipated registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) by 30 January 2027.
* A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
* Must be eligible to work within Australia for the full duration of the program.
* Have completed nursing studies since 1 January 2026.
