Civil Litigation Lawyer – Fully Remote Role
Rare prospect for a Junior Lawyer (2–4 Years PAE) to join a boutique law firm specialising in motor vehicle debt recovery matters.
Responsibilities
Management and resolution of approximately 70–100 litigated motor claims (low quantum) at any given time.
Matters are across jurisdictions in Australia.
Prepare legal advice under various legislation, including the Civil Proceedings (Magistrates Court) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
Liaising and negotiating with insurers and third-party lawyers.
Provide legal advice on motor vehicle accident claims – liability, repair costs, and credit hire.
Represent clients in the Magistrates Court, in addition to appeals before the District and Supreme Courts.

Qualifications & Application
