Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in customer service and/or sales administration is highly valued.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues are essential.
* Mastery of Microsoft Office and SAP systems is desirable.
* Experience in estimating and drafting within a similar industry is also highly regarded.
