Thrilling opportunities have emerged for enthusiastic and motivated Perioperative Anaesthetic Registered Nurses to join the team at a private hospital in Sydney. The hospital operates seven days a week from 06:30 to 21:30, with the option for after-hours on-call duty.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
* Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
* Ensuring patient and staff safety;
* Supervising, directing and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care;
* Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery.
You will be working in state of the art working environment utilising EMR and MEDCHART (medication management/administration) systems.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Current AHPRA registration;
* Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards);
* Working with Children, check (if relevant);
* Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Works well independently and within a team;
* Basic computer skills;

REMUNERATION
$35.46- $49.79 per hour.
