Guests can enjoy artisanal dining at La Madonna Restaurant & Bar, featuring Australia's first in-hotel barrel aging program, as well as The Club, state-of-the-art Meeting Rooms, a Fitness Centre, and curated art by renowned Australian artists.The RoleWe're looking for an energetic, storytelling Guest Service Agent who can bring the Next Hotel Melbourne experience to life.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
