The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and overseeing the preparation of daily meals and beverages that meet the individual needs of residents. They will also ensure all meals are prepared in line with care plans and nutritional guidelines.

* Plan and prepare menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences.
* Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock management effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Significant experience in a similar role in the residential care or health care sectors.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
