Perth's only Audi dealership located in Osborne Park is growing rapidly — and with a second location opening soon in Myaree, we're expanding our Service Department to meet increasing demand. We're offering an exciting opportunity for motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our team and become part of a premium automotive brand known for innovation, performance and exceptional service. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they book their service to the collection of their vehicle. This is a full-time, fast-paced position, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while upholding our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
* Vehicle Progress Updates: Communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed on the status of their vehicle, explaining necessary repairs or maintenance.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the service centre's high-quality standards and that vehicles are ready for collection on time.
* Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer issues or service-related concerns promptly, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Upsell and Advice: Proactively recommend additional services or products that may enhance vehicle performance or longevity, while ensuring customers' needs are met.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry is highly regarded.
* A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in vehicle servicing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience using dealership management systems (e.g. ERA Power, Pentana) is a plus.
* Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
