The Opportunity
As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns that deepen member engagement, drive retention, and enhance brand trust in the competitive superannuation landscape.
This role is for you if you are passionate about helping members feel confident and informed about their retirement planning. You’ll enjoy bringing your data-driven creativity to the role to continually optimise results and engagement.
This is a 6 month, fixed-term contract opportunity and will be based onsite at BUSSQ with a hybrid working arrangement.
Some of the responsibilities include
* Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, web, print, and more) using your strong understanding of superannuation or financial engagement drivers.
* Manage retirement seminar planning, program design, logistics, venues/AV, catering, registrations, and post‑event follow‑up.
* Collaboration across various teams to produce high-impact, member-first communications
* Ensure brand consistency and contribute to marketing strategy evolution
* Analyse and report on campaign and seminar performance using engagement and financial metrics
* Maintain quality and compliance across all touchpoints
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless campaign and seminar delivery

* Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns in regulated environments
* Skilled at translating complex financial info into clear, engaging content
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to stay calm and effective under pressure and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and KPIs

To be successful, you will have:
Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and campaign management, ideally within superannuation, banking, or financial services
