Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies for the Australian ESS & EV markets.
* Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners.
* Manage end-to-end sales processes including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Support customer visits, technical workshops, and business presentations.
* Responsible for the overall operation of Gotion Australia
* Report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, market insights and local business operation status to Gotion HQ.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above (Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related field preferred).
* Proven ESS sales experience in new energy projects.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Chinese.
* Willingness to travel to China and other countries as required.
