About the team
Our manufacturing team are an essential part of turning raw materials into products ready for customers. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met. You'll work alongside a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, personalities, and beliefs, much like the communities we serve.
About the Role
We're looking for a Site Manager to take charge of our 24/7 Laverton milk processing facility.
This is a key leadership role overseeing production and driving a strong people and culture agenda. You'll champion engagement, build capability, and deliver operational excellence while fostering a high-performing team environment.
* Full accountability for day to day site leadership
* Lead cultural and people change initiatives
* Support EA negotiations and maintain constructive union relationships
* Oversee production and operational efficiency across a 24/7 facility
About You and Your Skills
You're an engaging, resilient leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to inspire teams. You can navigate industrial relations, resolve conflicts, and lead cultural transformation. Experience in dairy or beverage manufacturing is highly regarded.
* Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and driving people change
* Skilled in managing union relationships and EA negotiations
* Strong ability to build capability and engagement across diverse teams
* Background in dairy or beverage operations preferred
* Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week at Laverton
