Vitil People Solutions are currently seeking expressions of interest from Adelaide based customer service professionals for full time and part time receptionist positions. Collaborating closely with administrative colleagues and team leaders, this role provides pivotal support to small and medium sized businesses- supporting clients and ensuring quality service delivery. The Position:
* Provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for current and potential clients
* Promptly respond to telephone and email enquiries
* Coordinate appointments, referrals, bookings and changes
* Maintain accurate client records and complete data entry
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
* Support auditing, quality assurance, and process improvements
* Oversee office supplies and equipment needs
* Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas and minute
* Proactively identify opportunities for office improvement and team support
Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong attention to detail in data entry, record keeping, and documentation
* High level of IT competency and ability to learn new systems quickly
