Property Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic Sarina office. As a valued member of our team, you will be empowered and supported in managing a portfolio through the entire process, from ongoing management and repairs to lease renewals and entry and exit reports.
In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords, demonstrating confidence and solution-oriented thinking. Excellent communication skills and experience in conflict resolution are essential, along with providing accurate legislative advice. We focus on delivering positive client experiences and equip you with the tools and training needed to excel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage your own portfolio end-to-end with support from our dedicated team.
2. Nurture and maximize existing client relationships, focusing on client-centric actions.
3. Oversee maintenance and repairs using our advanced property management software.
4. Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance issues.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.
6. Conduct regular inspections, including Entry, Exit, and Routine inspections.
7. Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and market trends.
Requirements
1. Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and a valid Driver's License.
2. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Be able to explain complex concepts clearly to property owners and tenants.
4. Demonstrate empathy, strong communication abilities, and a solution-focused mindset.
5. Have knowledge of relevant legislation and awareness of market trends and changes.
6. Be able to manage multiple deadlines, showing resilience and adaptability.
7. Be proficient with software and computers, with a quick learning ability for new systems.
8. Enjoy working as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude towards challenges.
9. Show strong problem-solving skills.
10. Familiarity with popular property management software, such as PME and IRE.
11. Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
