Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing plant performance on a day-to-day basis
* Providing consistent technical direction to Production teams
* Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance
* Developing and delivering operational improvements
* Supporting Projects teams
* Working within close-knit, high performing teams
* Collaborating with industry leaders at locations including Mount Isa (QLD), McArthur River Mine (NT), and Murrin Murrin Operations (WA)
About You

* Qualification with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or similar prior to commencement
