Job Description:
Originating and delivering integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects, either independently or in collaboration with Corporate Banking or Regional/Global GPS teams.
This involves working with a sophisticated portfolio of clients across Financial Institutions (FI), non-bank FI and government sectors in local, regional, and global markets.
Clients are innovative, quickly adopting new products and technologies. Our team provides thought leadership and advice on tailored solutions in this changing landscape.
Main responsibilities include managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams, increasing product penetration, and collaborating with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth, profitability improvement, client engagement, planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and lead client facing treasury presentations.
* Partner with Corporate Bankers, Product Specialists, and Operational teams to develop customized treasury solutions and deliver strategically aligned outcomes for clients and the bank.
* Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients for treasury management products, optimizing relationship profitability while balancing short-term and strategic goals.
* Foster a digital agenda by driving mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption, and manage dialogue around key client-centric issues.
* Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts, Officers, and Client Officers in supporting client deliverables.
Required Skills / Personal Attributes:
* 10+ years of experience designing and selling treasury and payment solutions to FIs, Insurers, Asset Managers, and NBFI clients, with a proven track record in collaborative relationships.
* Industry expertise across the FI sector and underlying industries, including understanding product requirements, opportunities, and challenges.
* A developed network within the FI/NBFI market to assist role success.
* Excellent business, commercial, and origination skills with a strategic mindset for global treasury solutions.
* Ability to navigate the rapidly changing competitive and technological landscape, with knowledge of evolving global payments trends.
* Strong communication and writing skills.
