Client Success Partner – PeopleEconomics
(We welcome all backgrounds with people leadership experience)
At Wall Street, we do things differently. We're a Premier Partner of PeopleEconomics – a groundbreaking framework that helps small and medium businesses unlock the productivity of their people. Our role is simple but powerful: we step into businesses as trusted advisors, embedding PeopleEconomics so that their people thrive, and in turn, so does the business.
We're now looking for a Client Success Manager / Program Implementation Partner to join our team.
What the Role Looks Like
In this role, you'll manage a varied portfolio of clients across different industries – from retail to professional services and beyond. You'll work sometimes sitting alongside clients in their offices, other times supporting them remotely. You'll partner with business owners, managers, and their teams, helping them transform the way they approach people management.
Your success is measured by the impact you create: better culture, stronger productivity, and lasting results for our clients. You won't be doing it alone – you'll collaborate with Wall Street's Talent, Payroll and Business Support teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service.
Who We're Looking For
We genuinely mean it when we say we're open to all backgrounds. You might be an operations manager, a team leader, a retail manager, a business owner, someone from healthcare, professional services – or any other industry where you've led people. Your job title might have been Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator, Lead, Director – it doesn't matter to us.
What does matter is:
* You've led people before and understand the real challenges of managing a team
* You're a commercial thinker who can connect people decisions to business outcomes
* You're an advisor at heart – you can listen, guide, and influence with confidence
* You live our values (more on that below)
If you've managed teams in fast-paced, customer-facing, or operationally complex environments, you'll have transferable skills that matter here.
Our Must-Have Values
Integrity
* You believe in good intent
* You act with honesty and transparency
Hard Work
* You measure days by outcomes, not hours
* You get things done today, not tomorrow
Humility / Selflessness
* You leave your ego at the door
* You make others feel valued and included
If these values resonate, you'll fit right in.
Why You'll Love Working with Us
* Genuine flexibility – we trust our people. Your week will include a mix of office, home, and client days
* Monthly lunches & training – every third Friday we come together for food, connection, and learning
* Loyalty & Benefits Program – wellbeing allowances, professional development support, extra annual leave, and more
* Incredible team culture – we're proud of the community we've built, and you'll feel it from day one
Ready to Apply?
If you're someone who thrives on helping businesses get the best out of their people, we'd love to hear from you.
Please don't self-select out of this opportunity. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, industries, and career paths. Whether you've been called a Manager, Team Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, or something else entirely – if you've led people and you care about making a difference, you belong here.
What matters most is your people leadership experience and your alignment with our values.
In your cover letter, please address the following:

* Briefly share an example of when you managed a team and the biggest challenge you helped solve.
* In a few words, how do you link good people management to business success?
* Which of our values (Integrity, Hard Work, Humility) resonates most with you, and why?
