Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Personal Care : Assist with showering, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene with dignity.
* Medication Management : Administer medications as needed.
* Domestic Duties : Help with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Client Engagement : Support clients in community activities such as grocery shopping or attending appointments.
* Balanced work life : Work between 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
o Expecting short shifts throughout the day, travel between multiple clients.

* Want to move away from traditional aged care facilities and build one-on-one relationships with clients.
* Are excellent communicators dedicated to delivering top-notch service.
* Can listen attentively and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Maintain calmness in various environments while respecting professional boundaries.
* Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect for our clients' dignity (experience highly preferred)

Before starting, you'll need:
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)/Blue Card
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* A valid open driver's license, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance + roadside assistance
* Working Rights in Australia
* A signed Statutory Declaration
