Job Description:

* The CDPP prosecutes criminal and regulatory offences in Australian courts and external territories.
* As Associate Director, you will lead a national legal practice with high-level judgement and integrity, strong achievement orientation, and excellent communication skills.
* You will have the ability to foster an ongoing culture of innovation and modernisation within the CDPP.
* Appointment as Senior Counsel or King's Counsel is preferred.
Key Requirements:
* Legal practitioner with 5+ years of experience.
* Statutory term of up to 7 years.
