Executive Assistant
The primary role of an Executive Assistant is to provide high-level support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their offices. This includes managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate executive schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands on time.
* Organise meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
* Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Manage digital and physical filing systems, compile reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with financial transactions.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in executive assistance or senior administrative roles, supporting C-suite leaders.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple projects.
* Clear and professional communication with senior executives, stakeholders, and team members.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and document management systems; ability to optimise workflows and processes.
* Experience handling confidential information, sensitive documents, and high-priority tasks.
* Discretion, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions and decision-making.
