Job Description
Minor Hotels are seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager – NSW
to drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure revenue across our NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, this role plays a critical part in executing group sales strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue, and long-term account growth.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering results across a diverse portfolio of properties.
Key responsibilities
* Drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure sales across NSW properties
* Grow existing accounts while actively developing new business
* Implement group sales strategies to maximise room and events revenue
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and forward occupancy
* Manage and maintain key client relationships through face-to-face and virtual engagement
* Work closely with Hotel Managers, Revenue and Commercial teams
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking forums
* Ensure accurate reporting, data integrity and CRM management
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role within hospitality or tourism
* Demonstrated success in growing revenue and building strong client portfolios
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong time management and planning capability
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider sales team
* Strong commercial acumen and passion for delivering exceptional service
