Key Responsibilities
* Provide welcoming and community-focused customer service
* Facilitate access to our collection through membership, promotion, circulation, and shelving of library resources
* Provide information to customers about library resources, programs, and services
* Support customers to navigate digital technologies
* Assist with promotional activities as directed by the Branch Librarian to grow library membership and usage
* Select items for Home Library Service customers and deliver if required
* Prepare and deliver Adult, Children's, and Outreach programs
Requirements
* Provide a high-quality customer experience to both external and internal customers
* Provide high-quality administrative duties
* Support the delivery of library programs and events
