Senior Litigation Lawyer – Construction & Strata Disputes
An excellent opportunity is available for a senior litigation lawyer with a minimum of 3–4 years' PAE to join a well-established disputes practice with a strong focus on construction and strata-related matters.
This role will see you working on a range of complex and high-value disputes across the construction and strata sectors. You will gain exposure to significant litigation matters while working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, defect claims, strata disputes, project-related claims, and general construction litigation. This position offers the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise while working on commercially significant matters.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess:
* Minimum 3–4 years' PAE in litigation
* Experience or exposure to construction and strata disputes
* Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* A proactive and commercially minded approach
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
