Practice Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional to support a team of lawyers in Sydney. This pivotal role will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial services, delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive admin, client management, system maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Manage accounts, reporting, and billing, including liaison with clients.
* Coordinate with clients, counsel, consultants, and internal teams.
* Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials.
* Maintain files, matter management, conflict checking, and opening/closing matters.
* Manage telephones, email, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members.
* Organize meetings and travel arrangements.
* Support business development initiatives and events coordination.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a legal secretarial role supporting senior executives.
* Show initiative and take responsibility for daily tasks.
* A positive, friendly, solutions-focused, and collaborative mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working with various stakeholders.
* Organized and efficient approach to administrative tasks with prioritization skills.
* Experience with billing processes using financial software.
