About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Compile tenders for projects and oversee contract preparation, monitoring progress as required.
* Manage employment tasks such as hiring, onboarding, training, and leave in collaboration with the Director.
* Manage financial data, prepare reports, and oversee fortnightly payroll and superannuation contributions using Xero.
* Contribute to business promotion and marketing initiatives.
* Provide general administrative support.
