Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and friendly Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, greet visitors, coordinate meeting spaces, support site administration, and assist managers with general administrative tasks.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist employees, contractors, and visitors; answer phones; manage mail, couriers, and office supplies.
* Coordinate meetings and events; set up boardrooms and maintain shared areas, including unloading the dishwasher.
* Provide administrative support, including printing, binding, and preparing documents for the management team.
* Maintain accurate records, support document control, and update systems such as SAP, SitePass, and Chris21.
* Support contractor onboarding, issue PPE, manage access, and coordinate small events, travel, and supplier services.
This full-time role requires daily presence at the site and starts each morning. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, friendly, and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
