Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Kolan Gardens Aged Care Service is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify needs, and make recommendations for interventions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Police Check.
* Valid Australian work rights.
* At least 12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse.
