Responsibilities
You support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly and create a positive, engaging work environment.
Qualifications
* Management / leadership experience
* Ability to lead by example and deliver top‑tier customer service
* A natural ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety and store security
