Job Description
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the assessment, planning, and delivery of recovery-focused care for high-risk consumers with complex needs in a community setting.
This role involves providing clinical leadership to address priority issues, fostering ongoing development of clinical practice, identifying education needs to enhance team knowledge, mentoring junior clinicians, modeling professional standards and contributing to policy development.
• Oversee the provision of comprehensive care plans that cater to individual consumer needs. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors psychiatrists nurses social workers occupational therapists etc. • Develop strategies that foster an environment conducive to recovery focused care. -----------------------------------
