Mine Planning Engineer – Overview
Reporting to the Senior Planning Engineer, the Mine Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising medium‐term underground mine designs and schedules to support safe and efficient execution of the mine plan.
The role works closely with integrated planning, scheduling and underground operations teams to deliver practical, constructible designs aligned with short‐, medium‐ and long‐term planning horizons. Accuracy, stakeholder engagement and ownership of design deliverables are key to success in this role.

You are an experienced underground mine planning professional with a strong focus on accuracy, constructability and delivery. You take pride in producing high‐quality work with minimal rework, work effectively within a small and collaborative team, and engage confidently with stakeholders across planning and operations.
