The Role:
Kempe Engineering is seeking to employ apprentice Boilermakers to start immediately in our Karratha-based workshop. You'll be working across fabrication services — including installation, repair, and commissioning — at our workshop and client sites. As you develop your skills, you'll work towards completing your Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade, fully supported by our experienced team.
Responsibilities:
Work across fabrication services including installation, repair, and commissioning at our workshop and client sites.
Qualifications:
* A self-motivated, reliable and punctual attitude
* A strong commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE
* Genuine commitment to completing your apprenticeship and study requirements
* Forklift, EWP, SWH and Confined Space High Risk tickets (desirable not essential)
* Good problem‐solving skills and a keen eye for detail
* A customer‐focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
* Strong organizational and team‐working skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, close‐knit team
* Hold a current manual driver's licence
* A good level of physical fitness and ability to pass a pre‐employment medical
