If you have experience managing professional or specialist recruitment portfolios and enjoy building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, we would love to hear from you.
What will your day look like?
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across temporary and permanent professional positions
* Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre candidates within technical and professional markets
* Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
* Conducting candidate interviews, reference checks and compliance activities
* Providing consultative recruitment support and market insights to clients
* Managing high-volume recruitment administration and database management
* Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle from initial screening through to post-placement care
What are we looking for?
* Previous recruitment experience within white-collar, technical or professional recruitment
* Experience recruiting within sectors such as Government, Mining, Energy, Engineering, Finance or Corporate Services highly regarded
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for both clients and candidates
