We’re looking for a Product Technical Specialist to join our APAC team – a regional expert responsible for ensuring the highest product quality standards across our agricultural machinery portfolio, focusing on large tractors.
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on machinery experience – whether in the field, at dealerships, or in service support – who’s confident working with data and collaborating across diverse teams.

What You’ll Do
- As the designated regional expert for your assigned product portfolio, you’ll play a key part in monitoring, analysing, and improving product performance and quality. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage your assigned product portfolio, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction
- Analyse product performance data using key quality KPIs
- Escalate top regional issues, support root cause analysis, and define containment actions
- Work closely with sub-regional technical support teams to track and resolve top concerns
- Collaborate with regional quality teams to define and implement Product Improvement Programs (PIPs)
- Support early warning activities and new model release feedback
- Participate in regional reviews, sharing insights and recommendations
- Be a key player in continuous improvement initiatives driven by customer and dealer feedback
About You
You’re a proactive and analytical professional with solid technical expertise and a passion for solving complex problems.
- A background in mechanical, agricultural, or related engineering/technical field
- Experience with agricultural or construction equipment (4+ years preferred)
- Experience with CNH machinery (T8 Magnum) and within dealership environments is highly desirable
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools to analyse and present findings
- Proactive and well‑spoken, with the ability to represent technical feedback across the APAC region
- Comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholders, including senior management
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to travel domestically and internationally when required
You’ll ideally also have
- 3+ years in a product support‑related role
- 2+ years applying analytical and critical thinking to technical root cause analysis
- 2+ years of project management or organisational experience, across regions or departments
- Experience using quality metrics to assess and improve portfolio performance
