Due to growth in the business, we are looking for A Full Time Work Coordinator/Scheduler to join the Scheduling team.

This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our Wollongong Office – Doing daily admin, work scheduling and database management with a focus across Fire & HVACTechnicians.

Job Description


We're looking for someone who:

* Has enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity and the ability to 'make things happen'
* Ideally has exposure to the Facilities Service industry
* May have previous experience in a Service/Work Coordinator role, however strong admin and customer service experience in a business services environment will also be considered
* Is confident with technology and can work within complex systems as well as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Has an amazing talent for planning and organising within tight deadlines.
* Possesses a positive, proactive customer service ethic


Desired Skills and Experience


What will you be doing?

* Manage daily administration activities i.e., scheduling work, managing client calls, time sheet management and purchasing.
* Maintaining client portals, invoicing and work orders in order to meet client KPIs
* Coordinate subcontractor administration
* Assist with monthly reporting
* Database management
