The Impact You'll Have

At the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC), we’ve helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We are a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that makes a tangible impact.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to all client‑facing teams across WIC. Your responsibilities will include:

- Associating emails to WIC’s electronic case administration management system (eCAMS)
- Creating large file‑sharing links for stakeholders
- Managing team emails
- Other ad‑hoc administrative tasks to ensure systems and processes run effectively

Who We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience operating in an administrative support capacity with exposure to a core range of administration, support services and systems.
- Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve basic enquiries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written skills, able to deliver clear, timely information.
- Demonstrated commitment to discretion and integrity; trustworthy when handling confidential and sensitive information.
