Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Seating Plus & TTI Furniture

We're looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our growing operations across Seating Plus and TTI Furniture.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can keep things moving without needing constant direction.

The Role

* Data entry and maintaining accurate records

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required for effective data management and record keeping

* Answering phones and handling general enquiries

* Liaising with suppliers and managing communications

* General office administration and support

* Assisting the team with day-to-day operations

Working Hours

* Part-time: 5 days per week

* Approx. 9:00am – 2:30pm

* Flexibility for the right candidate

What We're Looking For

* Strong attention to detail

* Good communication skills (phone + email)

* Ability to multitask and stay organised

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Previous admin experience

* Valid work visa or Australian work rights required
