About the Role
* Manage a caseload of NDIS participants across a Generalist caseload, with focus on your area of subspecialty
* Complete functional, ADL, pre‐employment and capacity‐building assessments
* Support participants with home modifications, equipment prescription, and therapy planning
* Collaborate with families, GPs, support coordinators and other health professionals
* Participate in service improvement and development projects
* Provide clinical mentoring support to junior therapists or students
* Contribute to stakeholder engagement and mentoring
* Help shape our culture and practice through your leadership
What We're Looking For
* AHPRA registered OT with 4+ years' experience (NDIS experience highly valued)
* Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for person‐centred practice
* Sound knowledge of NDIS and/or primary/community care models
* Experience supporting children or adults with disability, psychosocial, or complex needs
