Desktop Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Analyst to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-User Hardware Management: Manage and maintain end-user hardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
2. Support End User Standard Operating Environments: Provide expert-level support for end-user standard operating environments, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
3. Knowledge Base Contribution: Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting best practices, processes, and solutions for effective problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Solid Technical Foundation: Possess a solid technical foundation in IT hardware and service management systems.
* Proficiency in IT Service Management Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in IT service management systems, including incident, problem, and change management.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Working Environment:
This is a full-time permanent role based in either Brisbane or Bundaberg. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders, building strong relationships and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
