Role
We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Assistant Showroom Manager to support the day‐to‐day operations of a flagship Melbourne showroom. Working closely with the Showroom Manager, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team, elevate client engagement, and ensure the showroom reflects the brand's impeccable aesthetic and service standards. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of design excellence. This position requires someone who can seamlessly balance leadership, client service, and hands‐on operational support within a fast‐paced and inspiring retail environment.
About You
You will bring three to five years of experience in a retail leadership role, ideally within a premium or design‐led retail environment such as furniture, homewares, lifestyle, or luxury fashion. You are confident in driving sales performance through effective team leadership and outstanding client engagement. With strong visual merchandising and presentation skills, you have a keen eye for detail and a genuine appreciation for design. You are polished, articulate, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Organised, proactive, and adaptable, you take a hands‐on approach and thrive in a setting that values creativity and collaboration.
