Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full time, Multiple vacancies availableWhat will your day look like?As an NFR Process & Resilience Manager, you will:Developing or contributing to key stakeholder engagement, facilitation and development of templates and deliverables to support CPS230 compliance across Australia RetailSupporting the uplift of a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management across Australia Retail by delivering E2E process mapping & in system configuration of the division’s operations with key dependency, risk and control overlays.Documenting important operations and their dependencies, creating credible BCPs and setting tolerances for disruption.Organising and facilitating workshops for the identification of critical operations and important operations, dependencies, disruption scenarios, tolerances and BCP data points.Documenting outcomes of workshops, data analysis and review, development of relevant supporting procedures and frameworks and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.Assisting in development of important operations methodology, supporting procedures and templatesWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Extensive years of experience in a similar roleExperience with delivery of CPS230 compliance outcomes, business continuity planning and operational resilience practicesMaturity in the following competencies.Solution Analysis and ValidationBusiness Analysis Planning and MonitoringProcess Modelling, Customer Journey mapping and Human Centred DesignRequirements Elicitation and DocumentationRequirements ManagementBenefits ManagementDemonstrated ability to undertake qualitative, quantitative and desktop research to uncover actionable insights that can improve solutions and identify new opportunitiesDemonstrated understanding of working in a team environment with shared objectivesYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
