You'll combine financial clarity and control with smart, scalable strategy, helping us grow with confidence and purpose.

As part of our leadership team, you'll shape the financial vision, strengthen governance, through next stage of sustainable growth.
Oversee and refine financial operations including Xero management, reconciliations, and coding accuracy.
Establish and document finance processes and controls across AP/AR, payroll, expenses, and approvals.
Partner with the founders and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Build cash flow forecasts, scenario models, and long-term financial plans to guide decision-making.
Analyse client and product profitability to identify growth and margin opportunities.
Manage compliance obligations including BAS, super, payroll tax, ASIC, and ATO.
Deliver insightful management reports and dashboards that translate numbers into action.
Strategic Finance & Growth Develop and track financial KPIs and OKRs that measure performance and scalability.
Lead fundraising preparation, investor relations, and financial modelling.
Guide capital allocation, pricing, and valuation strategy to optimise growth and profitability.
Shape the company's long-term financial strategy and play a key role in board and stakeholder reporting.
Maintain strong internal controls, approval workflows, and financial discipline.
Oversee insurance coverage, contracts, and vendor agreements from a financial and risk perspective.
Develop contingency plans and cash runway strategies to ensure resilience.
Empower team leaders to manage budgets and make informed financial decisions.
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to align hiring and resource planning with financial forecasts.
Optimise and integrate the financial tech stack including Xero, payroll, and reporting tools.
Automate routine processes and improve financial visibility through better data systems.
Establish consistent reporting cadences for cash flow, monthly results, and board packs.
Proven senior finance leadership experience(CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent).
Expertin financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Deep knowledge of Xeroand modern financial systems.
Strong commercial and communication skills, able to turn data into strategy.
Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments with a builder's mindset.
