Site Administrator - Immediate Start
About Us:
De Goey Contractors (DGC) is a recognised leader in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, installation, and various aspects of coal mining, terminal maintenance projects, port maintenance, manufacturing, and labour hire.
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator.
Position Details:
* Position: Site Administrator
* Start Date: Immediate
* Location: Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal - Berth 1 Project
Key Responsibilities:
* Process claim sheets and approve timesheets for payroll
* Develop and publish employee rosters in line with business needs and site requirements, ensuring effective allocation of employee resources to meet operational demands
* Provide support to the Recruitment and Training Coordinator to ensure the workforce remains site compliant
* Manage and process employee status changes and maintain accurate records
* Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc site administrative tasks
* Support onboarding processes and monitor compliance requirements
* Prepare and submit monthly reports as required
* Maintain training records and related documentation
* Coordinate site inductions and access requirements
* Book and manage employee accommodation and flight arrangements
* General site administration tasks
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Proven admin experience (site-based desirable)
* Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital platforms
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Good Computer skills and experience
* Ability to juggle tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
* Valid Driver's Licence
