The role involves providing a range of OHS, Workers Compensation, and Environmental support to members. You will conduct compliance audits with support from senior advisors, develop action plan reports post-audits, write articles for publication, and represent the organization at industry committees.
As part of our Workplace Relations team, you will work closely with senior advisors and report to the Executive Manager. This is a hands-on multi-faceted role that would suit recent graduates with 1-2 years of related work experience.
You will provide practical OHSE support and guidance to our primarily small business membership through timely advice and assistance. Your strong communication, analytical, and research skills will enable you to build relationships and provide valuable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
