About you
* Previous experience in a similar role working with a large complex enterprise or government environment
* The ability to navigate complex organisational changes involving multiple stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior leaders and impacted team members
* Experienced in delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose change management plans, communication strategies and engagement activities for enterprise-wide change initiatives
* The ability to consult and engage with leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks for change
* Strong influencing skills and ability to persuade leaders to recognise the need for change
* Certifications in PROSCI or other change management methodologies is highly regarded
* Develop and implement a business change management strategy and plan
* Scope and size business change management activities and associated resourcing requirement
* Develop reporting and training programs across new systems and tools
