Casual and Permanent Part-Time positions available 24/7 Rostered Program.

We're looking for Disability Support Workers to join a specialised program in Morwell supporting a person with intellectual disability and schizophrenia. This is a 24-hour supported independent living (SIL) environment.

The role involves providing personal care, daily living support, and following a behaviour support plan with restrictive practices. Training will be provided.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is calm under pressure and passionate about person-centred care.

• Experience with behaviours of concern and implementing Behaviour support plans
• A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar is required
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid/CPR
• Valid Drivers license and insured vehicle
