Job Description
- Effectely lead, manage, support and inspire a HR team of over 30 
- Oversee national payroll operations with strict compliance focus
- Manage complex IR and employee matters, including Fair Work Commission representation
- Lead the negotiation and administration of over 30 Enterprise Agreements (13 due for negotiation in 2026)
- Drive workforce development and training programs in collaboration with cross-functional leaders
- Support upcoming HRIS - LMS implementation (with support from the Training Coordinator)
- Maintain compliance with modern slavery legislation, safety standards, and ethical employment practices
- Deliver data-driven insights via Excel dashboards
The Successful Applicant
- Proven HR leadership in large-scale, complex organisations (FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail)
- Previous experience managing medium to large HR teams (7-40 FTE)
- Strong knowledge and experience in industrial relations
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to connect with frontline teams in farming and manufacturing
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery
- Business-minded with strong commercial acumen
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience using Excel for HR dashboards and workforce reporting
